chocolate chip pudding cookies

don't these look yummy!

i made these cookies for jenny as part of a celebratory dinner awhile back. recently we wanted more so i made more! they were so delicious and suprisingly we still have some left over! i'm sure you can still find this on pinterest, but i'm going to show you my experience right now:)

chocolate chip pudding cookie ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup of softened butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cups of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups of white sugar
  • 1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 bag of chocolate chips
  • preheat oven to 375°

in a large mixing bowl you want to cream the white and brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and pudding mix together with a beater.

after you've done that then you'll want to add the eggs! raw eggs, yum. after that, you'll add the flour and baking soda. beat that realllly well. and last but not least add the chocolate chips and fold together.

finally, after you've done all that jazz refrigerate the batter. once it's all refrigerated and whatnot, get yourself a tablespoon and make little balls out of it and put them on the cookie sheet and let them bake for about 8 minutes. (you don't have to refirigerate them, but i got lazy that night and decided to finish making the rest that next afternoon. they come out soooo much cuter if you refrigerate the batter.)

i forgot to take a picture of them as soon as they came out of the oven but they look really weird. if you were to touch them your finger might go through them. due to the pudding mix being in the cookies they're EXTREMELY soft!

let them cool a little and then dig in! they're seriously the best chocolate chip cookies i've ever had!!! i'll never make them any other way. so delicious and they stay moist for like 5464897 days! if you like chewy cookies as i do, you'll love this recipe!

love these with a ferocious enjoyment!!!

happy late easter!
